• Own design or avail our graphic design services!

Instructions:

1. MESSAGE US first for your order inquiry
2. For existing designs, we will require you to send us a file of your design (PSD, PDF, canva editable link, etc.)
3. For design commissions, send us at least 3-5 sample pegs of how you want your custom design to look. Send us also the photos you want us to use (i.e. member portraits, elements, screenshots, etc) in HIGH RESOLUTION.
4. We will require DP (actual amount will depend on order) before production starts.
5. When all requirements are complete, production will start. 
6. When your custom orders are complete, that will be the only time we will require you to check out this listing. Select the items you ordered. We will also give you a special voucher to enter so that your DP will be subtracted from your total order. 

Note:

• Each binder essentials have different production time. We will inform you of the actual production time depending on your order
• Please allow or expect ample breathing time for production
• We will do our best to give you the best quality products, though as these will all be handmade, kindly expect minimal flaws
• no return no exchange. partial refunds are allowed ONLY if video unboxing is provided within 24-72 hours.
